Pour in broth.

Cook the Noodles
- Add the ramen noodles directly into the broth.
- Cook 2–3 minutes, just until soft and bouncy.
Prepare Toppings
- Slice a soft-boiled egg.
- Warm chicken or tofu.
- Sauté mushrooms.
- Chop green onions or blanch greens.
- Assemble the Ramen Bowl
- Pour the noodles and broth into a bowl.
- Add your toppings.
- Sprinkle chili flakes and drizzle chili oil if you like extra heat.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Enjoy warm.
Notes
- Add a splash of milk or coconut milk for creamy ramen.
- For extra spice, add more chili paste or chili oil.
- Store broth and noodles separately to avoid soggy noodles.
