Step 1: Add a few ice cubes to your glass if you prefer the drink chilled.
Step 2: Pour in ½ cup tart cherry juice as the base.
Step 3: Add the magnesium supplement and stir slowly until dissolved.
Step 4: Top with sparkling water or still water.
Step 5: Give a gentle stir and garnish with lime or cherry. Sip slowly and relax.
