High-Protein Omelette Wrap

A quick and healthy High-Protein Omelette Wrap made with eggs, veggies, and paneer or chicken, wrapped inside a soft tortilla. Perfect for a filling breakfast, weight-loss meal, or post-gym snack. Ready in just 10 minutes, this wrap gives around 30–35g protein and keeps you full for hours.

Ingredients
  

For Omelette
  • 3 large eggs or 4 egg whites + 1 whole egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomato
  • ½ tsp oil or butter
  • Protein Filling
  • 50 g crumbled paneer
  • OR
  • 50 –70g boiled shredded chicken
For Wrap
  • 1 tortilla / soft roti
Optional Add-ons
  • 1 tbsp hung curd or light mayo
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Chilli flakes
  • Lemon juice few drops

Equipment

  • 1 1 non-stick pan
  • 2 1 bowl
  • 3 A flat spatula
  • 4 A chopping board
  • 5 A knife

Method
 

Prepare the Egg Mix
    Crack eggs into a bowl.
      Add salt, pepper, and chopped veggies.
        Mix lightly (don’t overbeat).
          Cook the Omelette
            Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame.
              Add oil/butter.
                Pour the egg mixture and cook until edges set.
                  Reduce flame and let the top cook gently.
                    Add the Protein
                      Spread paneer or shredded chicken evenly over the omelette.
                        Press lightly so it sticks.
                          Place the Tortilla
                            Put your tortilla/roti directly on top of the omelette.
                              Let it warm for 30–40 seconds.
                                Flip & Wrap
                                  Flip the whole omelette+tortilla carefully.
                                    Heat for 30 seconds.
                                      Fold and roll it like a wrap.
                                        Your High-Protein Omelette Wrap is ready!

                                          Notes

                                          • Want extra protein? Add more paneer or egg whites.
                                          • For weight loss: use whole-wheat roti.
                                          • For gym diet: avoid mayo, use hung curd instead.
                                          • For kids: add cheese slice for taste.
